COVID-19 Protocol

The team at Jarvo are taking the threat of COVID-19 extremely seriously. We believe it is our moral responsibility to do everything we can to support our nation during this extremely difficult time and are trying our best to help our community protect themselves as much as possible.

Preparing for the new workplace.

We would like to reassure you that both Jarvo and our workspace venues are taking extra precautions with COVID-19 and are offering new safety and cleaning protocols to allow everyone to work in a clean and safe work environments. Whilst all measures cannot eliminate risk, we are following the guidelines from the UK Government and the NHS to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Above all else, we are committed to support one another and promote the well-being of our communities.

Cleaning policies.

Our top priority is the health and safety of both our users and the members/hosts of each workspace venue. Within our policy, we have implemented the following measures;

  1. Cleaning all spaces with disinfecting products that are approved and effective for COVID, before each booking.

  2. Giving special attention to frequently touched surfaces, such as tables, countertops, handles, taps and IT equipment.

  3. Masks and hand sanitiser are to be available in every workspace venue as normal practice but we have reiterated hand washing protocols and introduced additional anti-viral cleaning products into the work area. Wipes are to also be made available to allow users and hosts to clean surfaces at will.

Limited capacity for minimal exposure and physical distancing

Hosts of share spaces should also;

  1. Cap the capacity per space and adapt seat arrangements for physical distancing in all common areas.

  2. Workspace venue hosts should avoid physical contact with users and provide a no contact check-in whenever possible.

  3. If you feel uncomfortable working in a shared workspace, consider booking a private Jarvo workspace instead.

Please remember, do not book or host if you've recently been exposed to or have symptoms of COVID-19.

To protect the health and safety of the community, please see further guidance from your local Government on COVID-19 restrictions as these are subject to change frequently.

Thank you for your ongoing support and stay safe.
