What is the Promotion about?

Jarvo appreciates your interest in making work more accessible and local.

This Promotion (the “Promotion”) allows selected individuals (“you” or the “Host”), located in the United Kingdom (the “Eligible Market”), to earn a listing reward (the “Reward”).

You will only be paid the Reward if you, the individual opening the Jarvo account and listing your space (the “Host”), meet the criteria in these terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”), so please keep reading to find out how the Promotion works.

This Promotion runs from 12 November 2023 to 31 December 2023, 23:59. We call this the “Promotion Period”. List your space as soon as possible to ensure you can receive your first booking and therefore receive the Reward within this timeframe.

You must meet all the criteria set out below during the Promotion Period. If either of you do not or only partially meet the criteria during the Promotion Period, you will not receive a Reward.

Who is eligible for the Promotion?

Any Jarvo user located in the Eligible Market who has an active (not suspended, restricted, or closed) account with Jarvo, and has received a direct invitation to the Promotion from us by email, via an advertisement or via our social media accounts or by word of mouth is eligible.

What do you need to do to earn the Reward?

To earn the Reward, you must list your space on Jarvo. Here’s how:

1. Open the email or social post/advertisement we sent you or you viewed about the Promotion.
2. Click on “Become a Host”, “Become a Jarvo host here!”, “List your space in London!” buttons within the email, our website, social media and any advertisement.
3. Fill our the listing form and submit it for review.

Once your space is listed and verified by Jarvo, your listing will be live to begin accepting bookings. Once you receive your first booking, you will receive £150 as a reward. You can list multiple spaces, but the Reward is only given for the first eligible space during the Promotion Period.

What other legal information should I know?

• This promotion is organised and offered by Jarvo Technologies Ltd, whose registered address is at White Collar Factory, 1 Old Street Yard, London, EC1Y 2AS.
• As The Host, you agree to keep your listing live on the Jarvo platform for a minimum period of 6 months (commencing the date the listing goes live "Approved" by Jarvo). You, as The Host reserve the right to approve or decline any future bookings.
• For Referee's, you will only receive your £30 Reward per referral should the referral sign up, list their space and receive their first booking on Jarvo. For any referrals, please email us in advance who you have referred via email at info@jarvo.io. If your referrals do not list their space nor receive a booking within the promotion period, you will not be entitled to a Reward.
• For Referee's, you will need to notify us of who you have referred via email during the promotion period.
• The listing needs to be located within Greater London and any of its 32 boroughs. We will not pay our Rewards for spaces listed or submitted outside of this area.
• To be eligible for a Reward, you must comply with these Terms and all other terms and conditions that apply to your account. If we believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances (for example, it would be a material abuse of this Promotion to orchestrate a campaign to profiteer from this Promotion in a way that does not result in genuine and unique new sign-ups to Jarvo, and we may close your account and reverse any benefits if you do this).
• We reserve the right to suspend, end, or change the terms of this Promotion at any time.
• The Reward will be credited to the Host’s verified bank account with Jarvo.
• Events beyond the control of Jarvo may occur that render the awarding of the Promotion impossible. Accordingly, Jarvo will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.
• These Terms are an agreement between you and the Jarvo company which provides you with your main Jarvo user account. If you have any questions or complaints about this Promotion, you can contact us at info@jarvo.io.
• These Promotion Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in England.
