Jarvo provides vibrant home workspaces for professionals to work and connect in other peoples homes. Unlocking beautiful workspace environments for those who need a place to work either alone, around others or as a team.

They offer shorter commutes (walk or cycle), extra income for homeowners, encourage community building and most importantly provide a decentralised workspace network, reachable anywhere and everywhere - even in the most rural of locations.

What does my home need to be listed on Jarvo?

Our priority is to provide a range of spaces to our users that are accessible, enabling places to work. While the quality of homes is extremely important, we believe in being as accessible as possible.

We are only able to list properties with a reliable Wi-Fi/Starlink connection.

How do I list my home?

Simply sign up, list your space for free and once verified, we'll approve your listing to be published.

Alternatively you can Share Your Space with us, if you’re home is already listed on another online platform (such as Airbnb, Plum Guide etc). We’ll take care of preparing the account and drafting your listing/s for free - all you'd need to do is log in, review, and confirm.

How much should I list my home?

We are able to provide an instant price review in the form of a guide listing price. This gives the clearest idea of what to expect from your space/s as a home workspace rather than a nightly rental or event space.

We take into consideration factors including location, amount of seated desk/dining/table space, lounge space, environment quality and access to any additional amenities such as screens, pools or gyms.

What do professionals and teams expect from the host?

We are developing Jarvo to be as convenient as possible for both hosts and users.

A flexible approach is best and clear communication is essential. Check in and check out is managed by hosts and bookings are made for the whole. Bookings will generally fall around working hours (08:00-18:00).

Where is Jarvo currently available?

Jarvo is currently available in London, Bristol, Manchester and Edinburgh in our pilot phase. It’s really important for us to create the very best user experience before we scale to meet global demand.

In order to create a global network, we are rapidly scaling our coverage of home workspaces in new areas and by joining Jarvo, we can assure our users of the best coverage to the closest home workspaces anywhere and everywhere.

How safe and secure is Jarvo?

Jarvo is available for everyone to use, pending a thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) process via Superhog and Stripe. We carry out identity checks on all guests and hosts ensuring a safe and secure environment.

When booking, what fee's do I pay?

There are no fee's to pay when booking other than the price listed. No cleaning, service or hidden fees (unlike the other guys)!

When listing, what fee's do I pay?

It’s free for hosts to list their home workspace/s and our fee is 20% when bookings are received.
